Navigating Change Creatively Workshop

Today’s complex, rapidly shifting world means we all need to get better at navigating uncertainty and change in more creative ways. Instead of reacting (often unproductively), we need to build our capacity to create from any situation in service of a bigger purpose or vision.  

But we can’t just tell ourselves and our teams to be creative and find our way forward in disruption. 

That’s because, as humans, we are designed to view uncertainty as a threat. When we don’t have certainty (such as having the “right” answer, or knowing what’s going to happen), then we react with fight-flight-freeze behaviors to try to keep us safe. To counter this, we need a different mindset and approach to uncertainty that will help us navigate constant change.  

This half- or full-day interactive training provides employees with a dynamic, easy-to-apply framework for moving through change with creativity, clarity, and confidence. Participants will leave with tools they can use immediately to: 

  • Regulate their nervous system to reduce stress and increase focus 

  • Reframe challenges into opportunities for innovation 

  • Motivate themselves and others when the path forward feels uncertain 

  • Avoid common decision-making traps that lead to stagnation 

At the end of the experience, employees will walk away with a renewed sense of agency, as well as the practical tools to not just respond to change, but to proactively shape what happens next.
