My purpose
is to help you create what’s next.
While growing up in Alaska, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I knew I wanted to make a difference in some way. And like many people, it took a journey to figure out what that meant.
I moved to Chicago for college and then began a career that was full of reinventions – from corporate public relations in Chicago, to nonprofits and philanthropy in Seattle, to entrepreneurship and leadership consulting nationally.
While my career hasn’t been conventional, there’s been a consistent theme: I’m good at helping people navigate change and it’s what clients value most about my work with them: I help them find clarity in the chaos and create what matters most to them.
Our world today is rapidly changing with significant challenges AND there are opportunities to create something better if we see the reality in front of us and the future possibilities. But we can’t do that on our own – we see and perform better when we seek out different perspectives.
Because I’ve worked and consulted in so many industries and sectors, I can see common patterns and creative connections. These provide me with a unique approach to coaching, facilitation, and team development. As one client has said, “it’s magic.”
“I’ve often said working with Jennifer results in magic. She has a real talent for bringing together all the pieces and perspectives of a complex challenge and helping us craft a path forward.”
Deeann Puffert | former CEO, Child Care Resources
“Over the past two years, we’ve all dealt with uncertainty, change, and unprecedented challenges. Jen was my sounding board throughout it all, helping me anchor myself, harness my energy, and develop a leadership style that was authentic to me.”
Lauren Sozio | SVP, EQ Office
